Responsibilities:

- Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
- Analyzing in depth financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows).
- Preparation of data books in accordance with firm.
- Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis.
- Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order analyze the drivers of profitability and evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company.
- Learning and deploying new-age technologies to enhance insights and efficiency on engagements (our tech stack includes Tableau, Dataiku, Alteryx).
- Writing sections of FDD report.
- Establishing strong working relationships with global clients.

Basic Qualifications:

- CA / MBA / PGDM in finance / accounting, with graduate degree in accounting.
- Robust Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic, and a demonstrated ability and desire to work cooperatively with team members and client professionals • Strong analytical abilities
