Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise software systems.
- Provide coaching on assessing business impact versus effort and prioritizing functional requests.
- Collaborate with other senior architects to define frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions on business operations.
- Write custom scripts, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Create and manage data migration requirements.
- Serve as Scrum Master to monitor projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and planning for development tasks.
- Write maintainable code and perform peer code reviews, unit and integration testing.
- Implement unit testing, API documentation, deployment approaches, and maintain programming documentation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalations.
- Communicate effectively with product owners, QA, support, and other departments.
- Mentor and coach solution architects and team members.
- Ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, and performance standards, adhering to SILC guidelines.
- Stay updated on product releases and industry best practices.
