We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Designer with 5-7+ years of experience in designing and delivering complex, high-volume business or enterprise applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create high-quality UI solutions for portals, business applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with UX team members to define and implement UI elements.
- Design modern and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Develop screen mockups, style guides, icons, and visual documentation.
- Ensure UI designs follow usability standards and design best practices.
- Apply design system consistency across products.
- Create interactive prototypes using tools like Axure, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.




- Foster a design-thinking culture within the team.
- Mentor junior designers on UI best practices and technical limitations.
- Support cross-functional teams including UX, product management, and engineering.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for enterprise applications.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Axure, and related tools.
- Ability to translate brand identities into intuitive user interfaces.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with UX researchers and design teams.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
