Key Responsibilities:

Platform Engineering Leadership

- Lead the design, development, and operations of Esko's Cloud Platform—a multi-tenant, API-first, secure, and scalable foundation for Esko's SaaS products.
- Oversee core services, identity and access management, observability, DevOps tooling, and cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
- Drive architectural modernization towards containerized, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.

AI Engineering & Enablement

- Build and scale the engineering foundation for AI services, working on use cases such as semantic extraction, compliance intelligence, variant generation, and packaging knowledge graphs.
- Partner with Product and Data Science teams to operationalize AI models from prototype to production using MLOps best practices.
- Ensure alignment with Esko's Responsible AI and Data Governance principles.

Technical & People Leadership





- Lead and manage a growing team of 15–20 engineers and tech leads across cloud, AI, and platform enablement domains.
- Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent to strengthen Esko's technical excellence in India, driving upskilling, mentoring, and career progression.
- Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and innovation, balancing delivery speed with operational stability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Security, and R&D; leadership to define the platform roadmap and align AI priorities.
- Collaborate with Esko product teams (WebCenter, Automation Engine, Comply, etc.) to drive platform adoption and reuse.
- Serve as the technical interface to key vendor and cloud partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI).
