Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and process business loan applications efficiently
- Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess borrower's repayment capacity
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance on loan procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement
- Monitor and manage loan portfolios to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain updated knowledge of lending products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, DSAs, and other stakeholders
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve loan product offerings and customer experience

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in NBFCs, Banks, or DSAs related to business loans
- Robust understanding of business loan products, underwriting, and credit appraisal processes
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
