- Responsible for E2E Quality of the system under test
- Review business/software requirements and provide inputs
- Evaluate the requirement from an end-user perspective and create real-time scenarios
- Develop and manage test strategies with Agile teams for test data, regression testing, and automation methodologies
- Develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the Application
- Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of QA activities assigned
- Plan, design, and execute new QA tests for new/existing product functionality at all testing levels
- Deliver activities assigned by the QA Manager/QA Lead with minimal supervision
- Lead some QA activities and influence the team to ensure good quality performance
- Extend support to junior team members and actively participate in problem-solving
- Help make the right decisions and determine correct priorities for all QA activities




- Plan skills upgrade and capability building with guidance from the QA Manager
- Automation knowledge (preferably Tosca) is valuable to have
- Continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction, and Prevention)
- Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams
- Continuously improve test processes and tools
- Provide continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting/dash-boarding and QA
- Manage and coordinate all testing activities on assigned projects, including testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting, training, and education on DB QA processes and tools
- Coach and support team with Knowledge Transfer
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science Technology, or equivalent
