Description

We are seeking an experienced Python Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software testing, automation, and development, with the ability to design and implement robust test solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop automated test scripts using Python.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate with software developers to understand features and create test cases.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to test design discussions.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications





- 6-15 years of experience in software testing and development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Pytest, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Knowledge of database testing and SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
