- Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence services using Power BI.
- Collect, import, analyze, and transform data from various sources for business intelligence purposes.
- Interpret and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and reports.
- Develop tabular and multidimensional models to meet business requirements and adhere to warehouse standards.
- Create, publish, and maintain Power BI reports, ensuring timely delivery based on business needs.
- Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Enhance and optimize existing reports and collaborate with teams to integrate new reporting features.

Requirements

- Experience in developing and maintaining visual reports, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI and Cognos.




- Experience in prototyping, designing, and conducting requirement analysis for business intelligence solutions.
- Expertise in advanced-level calculations, displaying large datasets, and optimizing performance.
- Experience with MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS, TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX.
- Experience in the insurance (e.g. Underwriting, Claims, Policy Issuance) or financial industry is preferred.
- High-level proficiency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
- Robust SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and normalization.
