Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Drive campaigns, events, digital marketing , and thought leadership initiatives to position Sandhata as a market leader.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create compelling content, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Manage social media, SEO, our website & it s content to enhance brand engagement.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics , optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.

Experience Required

- 10+ years in B2B IT marketing , preferably in DevOps, Cloud, Integration, Low Code/Automation or Digital Transformation services.
- Proven track record in executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting large enterprises.
- Experience in content marketing, brand positioning , and thought leadership.
- Robust understanding of the Global IT services market ,



competitor landscape, and industry trends.
- Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ability to translate complex IT concepts (DevSecOps, Integration, Cloud, Low Code / Automation) into compelling marketing content.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies , including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and content development skills , including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
- Experience in event planning and execution , including industry conferences, webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
