We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Valuation Manager to lead valuation engagements, analyze financial statements, and provide strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, expertise in valuation methodologies, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation & Financial Analysis

- Conduct financial statement analysis and apply valuation methodologies.
- Perform industry and economic research to support valuation assessments.
- Prepare and present comprehensive valuation reports.

Engagement Management & Strategy

- Manage multiple valuation consulting engagements simultaneously.
- Provide recommendations on business processes and improvements.
- Conduct site visits and management interviews to gather critical insights.

Stakeholder & Client Interaction

- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to understand valuation needs.
- Present valuation findings and strategic insights in a clear, structured manner.

Industry Participation & Business Development





- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to stay updated on valuation trends.
- Participate in firm-wide marketing and sales programs to enhance service offerings.
- Leverage technical expertise to drive practice development and project management.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA in Finance or related field with 6 – 8 years of experience (minimum 5 years in valuation).
- Strong experience in financial statement analysis and business valuation.
- CPA, CFA, or ASA certification (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
