Blueberry Digital Labs is looking for a skilled HR Recruiter who can join us immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual who can build strong relationships with candidates and help us grow our team.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment process for sourcing the best talent for the company within set timelines.
- Search for suitable candidates as per the company's requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social platforms, skilled networking, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assist in all recruitment processes.




- Coordinate with candidates and HR to schedule interviews and follow up regularly.
- Maintain contact with offered candidates until their joining date and ensure all formalities are completed.
- Communicate with all candidates on a regular basis, providing a positive experience.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Education:

- MBA, MIB, or PGDM candidates are eligible to apply.

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong familiarity with HR policies and Company's Act.
- The ability to manage a complete recruitment cycle.
