- Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or configuration experience in Oracle HCM [Time & Absence OR Payroll OR Recruiting OR Security OR Data Conversion].
- Certified or can be certified within the Oracle module domain.
- Specific knowledge in payroll, including but not limited to payroll elements, processes, and plans.
- Advanced in Visual Builder Studio, HSDL, HDL, and SQL capabilities.
- Proven experience with the development lifecycle and product model.
- Hands-on experience configuring and building solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities, configurability, and extensibility to meet complex requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in identifying system dependencies and strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled at managing conflicting demands and performing well in complex situations.
