We are seeking an Engineering Lead for our Hybrid Data Storage & Lifecycle Optimization team in India. This role involves leading the development of innovative data storage solutions and optimizing data lifecycle management processes to improve overall system performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of hybrid data storage solutions.
- Optimize data lifecycle management processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data storage solutions with existing systems.
- Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of data storage systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for data storage and lifecycle optimization.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data storage and lifecycle management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in data storage technologies and lifecycle management.
- Solid knowledge of hybrid cloud storage solutions and architectures.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
