Role & responsibilities

- Design compelling PowerPoint presentations and craft visually appealing reports in MS Word and Excel.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Developing captivating motion graphics for diverse projects and seamlessly editing raw footage to produce compelling video stories. Ensuring final deliverables align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Think creatively and be able to visually convey a particular message, idea, or concept.
- Should possess understanding of color balance and should be able to adapt to style guide specifications.
- Should be able to collaboratively work on a wide variety of projects with various teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines and manage stakeholder requests with different requirements/specifications.
- Should possess good inter-personal,



collaborative, and creative skills.
- Is enthusiastic, has a positive attitude, and willingness to push the envelope.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Bachelors degree or any degree equivalent to that in Visual Arts or advanced Degree/Diploma/Certification in video/graphic design or computer assisted design is required.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in the above-mentioned field.
- Design Fundamentals: Proficiency in core design principles like balance, contrast, and hierarchy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Visio should have knowledge of features/technical aspects of these software's.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Positive written and spoken communication skills.
