Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and communicate findings to senior team members
- Conduct metric analyses and distribute regular reports
- Support project kickoff activities including documentation and coordination




- Prepare meeting materials and take detailed notes
- Present key findings and updates to internal project teams
- Manage and update workplans to support overall project timelines

Core Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement in a team-based workplace
- Preference for experience in healthcare operations or consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset; attention to detail
- Must be located in or near Bangalore and available for in-office work
