As a Consulting Associate, you will lead one or more project work streams using Huron's methodologies to solve complex client challenges. You'll collaborate closely with clients, manage junior team members, and play a critical role in the delivery of impactful, sustainable healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute project work streams using structured methodologies and tools.
- Collect and analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions.
- Manage and delegate tasks to junior consultants while ensuring quality deliverables.
- Present key findings, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics and communication across the client engagement lifecycle.
- Contribute to change management efforts, training, and documentation.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

Core Qualifications:

- At least 1–2 years of consulting experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Located in or near Bangalore; in-office presence required.

Preferred Experience (Pharmacy Focused):

- Supervisory or project management experience in pharmacy operations.
- Familiarity with 340B program management, specialty or retail pharmacy in a hospital setting.
- Prior consulting experience in pharmacy operations or process redesign.
