Role & responsibilities

- Experience in BIW Underbody & Upperbody design & development at Automotive OEM around 18 to 25 years of experience.
- Strong program management skill with a goal/target minded discipline process excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- At least one complete project execution as Team Lead of BIW Underbody & Upperbody parts.

Experience in Commercial Vehicle project added advantage.

- Perform technical feasibility checks with respect to material, manufacturing, packaging & product design aspects.
- Creation and understanding of master sections.
- Knowledge of BIW Joinery definitions and assembly sequence.
- Knowledge of Vehicle Manufacturing &

• Assembly Process.

- Excellent understanding of Drawings, GD &





• T and BOM preparation.

- Hands on experience in CATIA application.
- Valuable knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM.
- Sound knowledge of engineering and system documents like DFMEA, DVP, DFA etc.
- Knowledge of BIW DVPs &

• Testing specification.

- Knowledge in Homologation &

• Crash standards.

- Knowledge of ADAS, AVAS system.
- Develop and manage project plans and ensure delivery on time.
- Working closely with team lead to develop each applicable component/sub-system to meet all mass, cost and performance targets.
