Office Timings - 9:30AM to 6PM

Duration - 6 Months

Stipend - Rs. 10,000/- per month

Candidate must have a laptop for this internship

Roles & Responsibilities :

Pre-Event Planning Support

n

• Assist the event operations team in venue coordination, vendor follow-ups, and logistics planning.

n

• Support preparation of event checklists, run-of-show documents, and operational timelines.

n
Vendor Coordination

n

• Coordinate with production, fabrication, travel, and hospitality vendors for updates and requirements.

n

• Track vendor deliverables and ensure timelines are met.

n
Logistics & Travel Support

n

• Assist in managing speaker/guest travel, hotel bookings,



and airport transfers where required.

n
On-Ground Event Execution

n

• Support the operations team during event setup and dismantling.

n

• Coordinate with vendors and venue teams to ensure smooth execution.

n
Registration & Guest Management

n

• Assist in managing attendee registrations, badge distribution, and guest handling.

n
Documentation & Reporting

n

• Maintain event trackers, vendor lists, and operational documents.

n

• Assist in preparing post-event reports and maintaining records.

n
Coordination with Internal Teams

n

• Work closely with editorial, marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
