Job Description:

As a Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, customize, and integrate Service Now applications to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications, including ITSM, ITOM,



HRSD, and other modules as required.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Create and maintain Service Now reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Integrate Service Now with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.
Work on Service Now development activities such as scripting, UI/UX enhancements, and data imports.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Service Now solutions.
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Service Now implementations.
Stay updated with the latest Service Now releases, features, and industry trends.
Content Management: - developing the ESS page.
UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
