The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilitiesn

Manage and supervise overall accounting operations (AP, AR, General Ledger, Payroll)
n
Prepare and review financial statements – P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
n
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
n
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning
n
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
n
Coordinate with internal & external auditors and resolve audit queries
n
Monitor financial performance, variance analysis, and risk areas
n
Manage banking operations, reconciliations, and fund management
n
Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, and receivables collection
n
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
n
Lead, train,



and supervise the accounts team
n
Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management
n

Qualificationsnn
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance (B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance)
n
CA / CPA / CMA (preferred but not mandatory)
n
5–10+ years of experience in accounting, with team handling experience
n
Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
n
