We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a large-scale manufacturing facility in Bengaluru. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned manufacturing qualified with a robust background in the Food & Beverage industry and a passion for operational excellence, people leadership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring excellence in production, quality, safety, maintenance, planning, and people management.
n
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
n
Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and talent development.
n
Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
n
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver sustainable operational results.

We're Looking For

n

Industry Experience

n

n
15+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.
n




Mandatory experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
n

n

Robust technical competency in manufacturing operations.

Proven leadership and people management capability.
n
Experience managing large-scale and complex manufacturing operations.
n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Food, Dairy, or related discipline).
n
Master's degree is an advantage.
n
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems, food safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
