Shift Timings:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
n
Coordinate and execute academic programs efficiently.
n
Manage learner onboarding, engagement, and support.
n
Collaborate with faculty and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
n
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
n
Track program metrics, maintain reports, and provide operational support.
n
Ensure a smooth and engaging learner experience throughout the program lifecycle.
n
We're Looking For

Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
n
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
