We're Hiring — Senior Business Development Executive / Closer

Sorted Branding is looking for a senior-level business development qualified who can independently handle discovery calls, strategy discussions, negotiations, and high-ticket closures for branding & packaging projects.

n

This is not a lead generation role.

n

We are specifically looking for someone who understands consultative selling, founder conversations, and premium creative/service-based sales.

n

You'll be working closely with founders, D2C brands, FMCG businesses, alcohol brands, wellness startups, and emerging consumer brands across India & global markets.

n

What we're looking for:

• Solid communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to handle high-value founder conversations

n

• Experience in agency/service sales preferred

n

• Someone who understands branding, packaging, websites, creative ecosystems, or premium services

n

• Ability to build trust, create urgency, and close effectively

n

• Self-driven & ownership-oriented mindset

n

Compensation:

n

₹6LPA – ₹10LPA + strong commission structure
