Description:
Process payments and reimbursements as per payment terms and policy respectively
Pass journal entries where necessary
Lead and execute the receivable recovery process
Handle tickets, queries and concerns of customers
Onboard customers and complete the onboarding process on Zoho
Support the Senior Accountant in GST and taxation matters
Support the Senior Accountant in books closure
Execute reconciliations and support the Senior accountant in closing variance issues
Manage communications with invoice financiers and lenders for data and fund flow
Coordinate with Compliance analyst and support with financial details wherever needed
Support in Ad-hoc tasks
Coordinate and support auditors in timely closure of audit engagements
Required Skills & Competencies:
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.
Experience with journal entries.
Attention to detail with robust reconciliation and analytical skills.
Communication skills in english
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Zoho/Quickbooks/SAP/Xero) and Excel
Education:
Any bachelors/masters degree in finance
Experience:
1 year or more in finance or audit
