Duties & Responsibilities-
His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for -
training, skilled grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
Pitch recent products and ensure new products training and product usage
Key Skill- contractor profiling and management, technical in office assistance, product knowledge, and relationship building.
They must guide contractors on site evaluations, pitch new products, and ensure painters meet the company’s mandatory training requirements
Education – Graduate in any discipline
Experience Minimum1 yrs to 2yrs
Salary up to 21.4k In-hand (PF/ESIC+Incentive+Petrol Allowances).
