We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder and drive day-to-day operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapid-paced environments, can manage priorities seamlessly, and enjoys being at the center of execution, coordination, and communication.
What Youll Own
Managing the Founders calendar, meetings, and priorities
Coordinating client and leadership meetings
Managing emails, follow-ups, and action trackers
Handling travel, logistics, and scheduling
Driving accountability by chasing pending action items
Maintaining meeting notes, MOMs, and operational updates
Acting as a trusted operational gatekeeper for the Founder
