LpWSC was specifically established to provide water supply and sanitation services to all the people in all the Areas of Luapula Province (Urban and Rural areas). Operations of the Company begun in 2009 and the Company is currently operating in Six (6) out of the Twelve (12) districts of the province, namely: Mansa, Samfya, Kawambwa, Mwense, Nchelenge and Chienge districts. INDEPENDENT INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT (DATA ANALYST) – 1 POSITION Job Purpose Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Independent Individual Consultant will be responsible for database clean-up to verify, update,



validate, and cleanse all customer information within the billing database and establish a reliable customer information management system and authentic billing and revenue information. Main Duties and Responsibilities (Principal Accountabilities) Identify duplicate customers. Remove redundant records. Correct inaccurate customer details. Validate billing classifications. Validate account balances and account status. Verify inactive and disconnected customers. Consolidate all customer information. Prepare exception reports and recommend remedial measures. Any other duties as required by Project Manager and as per Terms of Reference. Qualifications Grade (12) Certificate with five O levels including English and Mathematics Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Equivalent.
