About the Role
Alrize Nex Cell (ANC) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by connecting with potential leads, converting them into long-term clients, maintaining robust relationships throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify, contact, and connect with potential leads through calls, emails, and other outreach channels
Qualify leads based on company criteria and maintain an active pipeline
Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Lead Conversion
Present ANC's products/services clearly and persuasively to potential clients
Address client questions, concerns, and objections professionally




Negotiate terms and close deals to convert leads into active clients
Client Relationship Management
Stay engaged with clients throughout their project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams
Proactively address any concerns raised during project execution to maintain client trust
Payment Collection
Ensure timely payment collection from clients as per agreed payment terms and conditions
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing-related issues
Maintain accurate records of payment schedules, invoices, and collections
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, client interactions, and payment status in CRM/tracking systems
Provide regular sales and collection reports to management
Coordinate with internal departments (project/delivery teams, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
