Job Description

This position is responsible for leading U.S. federal tax compliance engagements for our clients, including oversight of tax return preparation and review, managing client relationships, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality work. The role requires solid technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to provide mentorship while ensuring exceptional client service.
Federal Tax Compliance Responsibilities:
Lead and perform detailed review of U.S. Federal corporate tax returns (Form 1120) as the primary focus
Oversee preparation and review of work papers, including taxable income calculations and reconciliations
Provide oversight and guidance on partnership tax returns (Form 1065) and state returns as needed is a plus
Manage client engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines and priorities are met
Participate in and lead client meetings and presentations, providing
