Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Executive - Delivery to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the execution of eco-habitat projects, ensuring quality construction, timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to sustainable development principles.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute civil construction works for residential and community infrastructure in eco-habitat projects.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and other documents to ensure design intent and compliance.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure high standards of workmanship, quality,



and safety.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and material procurement in coordination with the project management team.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures promptly.
Collaborate with architects, sustainability consultants, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project execution.
Ensure implementation of eco-friendly construction practices and materials in alignment with Organo’s sustainability goals.
Maintain documentation of construction activities, quality checks, compliance reports, and progress updates.
Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks for future projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
6–10 years of hands-on experience in real estate, residential construction, or infrastructur
