Role Purpose

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for expanding the consumables & disposables business in the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, ensuring product penetration, and consistently achieving sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and revenue growth for the consumables & disposables portfolio in the assigned territory.
Identify, onboard, and nurture recent healthcare institutions (hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic labs, etc.).
Build deep, long-term relationships with procurement heads, administrators, and key decision-makers.
Ensure consistent order flow and repeat business from existing accounts.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market intelligence.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets.
Coordinate with internal supply chain, product, and support teams
