Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager – Semiconductor Business (1-3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Qualified to support the growth of Mindgrove products across Semiconductor customers in India and selected international markets. This role involves customer relationship management, business development, account handling, and coordination with internal technical teams to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who enjoys customer interaction, business development, market analysis, and working in a fast-paced semiconductor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential customers and channel partners in Semiconductor and Electronics industries.
Support business growth by generating leads, developing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into business.
Assist in preparing regional sales plans and contribute toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer interactions including product presentations, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, invoicing coordination, and payment tracking.
