About the role
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products while contributing to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Design and implement scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
* Build and enhance microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs.
* Write clean, maintainable,



and productive code following best practices and coding standards.
* Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities.
* Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design and optimize data storage solutions.
* Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
* Support and collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Who Are You?
* 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
* Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate.
* Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
* Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
* Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OO
