Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Fitness Coach based in Mumbai. The Fitness Coach will design and implement personalized fitness programs, provide group exercise sessions, and guide clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. They will also educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle adjustments while ensuring a safe and supportive training environment.



The Coach will contribute to fostering a positive fitness community and maintaining the Antigravity Club’s high standards.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Fitness Training, Fitness Instruction, and expertise in the fitness industry
Experience in leading Group Exercise sessions and conducting individualized fitness programs
Knowledge of Nutrition to guide clients in creating healthy and balanced meal plans
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and team members
Relevant certifications in Fitness Training or Group Exercise instruction; additional certifications in nutrition are a plus
Ability to motivate clients and adapt training programs to their specific needs and abilities
Previous experience in the fitness industry is highly advantageous
