About the Role
Lead the growth of our PMS & AIF Distribution business by driving distributor acquisition, channel expansion, AUM mobilization, and strategic partner engagement across the assigned geography.

Be a part of our growth journey and lead the expansion of a high-performing PMS & AIF Distribution business.

Responsibilities
Acquire, empanel, activate, and manage distributors and channel partners.
Achieve AUM, revenue, and business growth targets.
Drive PMS & AIF sales through IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and National Distributors.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, distributor meets, webinars, and investor awareness programs.
Generate HNI/UHNI business through the distribution ecosystem.
Collaborate with Product, Investment, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams for seamless execution.
Monitor sales pipeline, partner productivity, MIS,



and business performance.

Qualifications
Qualification: MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) preferred. NISM/CFP/CFA/CA will be an added advantage.
Experience: 8–15 years in PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Investment Product Distribution, with a proven track record in channel development, distributor acquisition, and AUM mobilization

Required Skills
✔ Strong understanding of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and Capital Markets
. ✔ Proven expertise in channel development, relationship management, and business development
. ✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
. ✔ Robust analytical ability with proficiency in CRM and MS Office
