Role & responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and phone calls.
- Follow up with sales leads regularly.
- Maintain customer details in CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives.
- Follow up for quotations, test rides and bookings.
- Make delivery follow-up calls.
- Collect customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for resolution.
- Update daily CRM and follow-up reports.
- Follow up with pending and lost leads.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
Skills required
- Good communication skills.
- Customer handling skills.
- Positive telephone etiquette.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- CRM software knowledge preferred.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented.
