Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled ControlM Senior Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise workload automation solutions across hybrid environments.

This is a hands-on delivery + consulting role , responsible for end-to-end solution lifecycle , including architecture alignment, migration execution, automation, and post-go-live stabilisation. The role requires strong collaboration with customer stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, resilient, and business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end ControlM workload automation solutions including job flows, dependencies, calendars, and SLA management

Configure, administer, and maintain ControlM components (Enterprise Manager, Server, Agents, SaaS environments)

Develop migration frameworks, validation strategies, and reusable conversion assets to accelerate large-scale migrations

Build and manage Automation API workflows (JSON-based Jobs-as-Code) for scalable and version-controlled deployments

- Develop and deploy Python and Shell scripts to automate the bulk migration/conversion into destination-compatible formats.
- Integrate Control-M with enterprise systems, applications, and third-party tools
- Enable DevOps practices by integrating ControlM with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
- Integrate ControlM with enterprise applications and data platforms (SAP, Informatica, databases, APIs, MFT, AD/IDAM)

Troubleshoot complex scheduling, agent, and infrastructure issues , ensuring minimal impact to critical workloads

Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement proactive fixes to prevent recurring incidents

Design and support high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and resilient workload strategies

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and application requirements into automation solutions
