Role & responsibilities

- Monitoring of Plant Key KPI ( Yield Efficiency down time cost/unit ) and coordination with planning Maintenance quality process and logistic team for smooth plant operation. Analysis of daily Key KPI and discussion on the same if any deviation in that with Senior Management Team.
- Monitoring of power consumption and making the action plan for improvement based on analysis and tracking of it for continuous improvement.
- Performing the Kiln Heat balance and taking the action where were gap found against target with transparent cut action plan and supporting for corrective measure implementation.
- Conducting the False air measurement of kiln Raw Mill Coal Mill section monthly and as and when required and submitting the report for taking the corrective action and tracking the same till the point is close.




- Taking the measurement for process fan efficiency and calculating the same if any deviation form design then points need to be identified and corrective action has to be suggested for improvement.
- Analyse process bottleneck and implement corrective preventive action in terms of process improvement & digitalization, CFT/QCFI/5S/7QC initiatives.
- Participation in RCFA for equipment failure and support in implementation of corrective action, Responsible for ensuring safety 5S CFT and environment practice.
- Responsible for Process optimization for enhancing the productivity of key equipment and tracking the performance of each equipment against the design data and presenting to the management if any deviation form design and supporting for implementation of corrective action.
- Awareness of IMS & EnMS system and procedure and preparing the required data for the same for periodical audit and recertification. Responsible for preparing the PPT for management review& for awards application.
