Aludecor is hiring for a Specification Manager in Mumbai location.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, builders, developers, and project owners.
- Drive product specifications for ACP products by getting the companys products approved and specified in upcoming projects.
- Identify and track current projects from the design/specification stage to execution.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with architects and consultants to promote ACP products and solutions.
- Provide technical product presentations, samples, colour cards, product literature, and application details.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable ACP products, systems, and applications.
- Coordinate with the sales, project, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth conversion of specifications into orders.
- Maintain a database of architects, consultants, contractors,



fabricators, and key influencers and continuously expand the network.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, specifications, and market activities to identify business opportunities.
- Follow up on specified projects and ensure the company’s products are converted into actual orders.
- Support the sales team during tendering, BOQ finalization, technical discussions, and product selection.
- Conduct CPD/product awareness sessions and technical workshops for architects and consultants.
- Prepare regular reports on specification value, project pipeline, conversions, and market development.
- Achieve assigned specification and project conversion targets and contribute to overall business growth.
