- Lead team of Sales, Application Engineering, Project Management.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans, while projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Ensure customer/product/business segment profitability by carrying out various profitability assessments.
- Drive Sales & recent business promotion of the existing products Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with allocated customers and ensuring maximum business with them.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely response for their needs and conducting customer satisfaction surveys on a perpetual basis Ensure the workload allocation within team for smooth functioning of department.




- Responsible for yearly budget preparation along with controlling and provide forecast for the same and closely monitor its performance Responsible for RFQ and ECN management within segment Accountable for making and implement department KPIs in line with the companys objectives.
- Drive the integration of new customer requirements and implement a policy of continuous improvement.
- Accountable for ensuring the cash flow by recovery of outstanding payments Ensuring timely price amendments on account of various input cost fluctuations Co-ordinate with global teams for the product and market strategies alignment and implementation as per group guidelines.
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
- Monitoring and analysis of share of business with customers and plan actions to sustain and increase the same.
- To prepare Long term (3 to 5 years) Sales budgets & forecasts Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams to ensure achievement of sales objectives Regular travel to all key customers to build strong relationships
