Role & responsibilities
* Generate recent business for Home Loans through direct sales and referral channels.
* Identify prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
* Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation process.
* Source, process, and manage home loan applications from submission to disbursement.
* Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely loan processing.
* Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and channel partners.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
