Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Head-HR

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end

HR functions and act as a strategic partner to business leaders. The role involves driving HR

initiatives across talent acquisition, operations, employee engagement and performance

management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Talent Acquisition (TA) Management

- Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team and hiring strategy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior to mid-senior roles)
- Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and budgets

- Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding

2. HR Operations (End-to-End)

- Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit formalities
- Ensure HR policies, processes and compliance are effectively implemented
- Handle employee records, documentation and audits
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

3. Payroll & Compliance Management

- Oversee payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure statutory compliance
- Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits

4. HRMS Management

- Manage and optimize HRMS platform (attendance, leave, payroll, PMS modules)
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting and system enhancements
- Drive automation and digital HR initiatives

5. Performance Management System (PMS)

- Drive goal setting (KRA/KPI), mid-year and annual appraisals
- Support leadership in performance reviews and feedback processes
- Ensure alignment of individual goals with business objectives




- Facilitate performance improvement plans (PIP) where required

6. Learning & Development (L&D;)

- Identify training needs across functions
- Design and implement training programs (behavioral & functional)
- Track training effectiveness and ROI
- Support leadership development initiatives

7. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Plan and execute engagement activities, events and initiatives
- Drive employee satisfaction, retention and workplace culture
- Conduct surveys, feedback mechanisms and action planning
- Manage grievance handling and employee relations

8. Business Partnering

- Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Provide insights on workforce planning and organizational development
- Act as a change agent to drive HR transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Robust understanding of end-to-end HR functions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

Qualifications:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- 8-10 years of relevant HRBP/generalist experience
