Job Description Territory Manager (PO)

Position: Territory Manager Partner/PO Channel
Locations: Bangalore | Kochi | Chennai
Openings: 4 per location

CTC - 8-9 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard new business partners and develop the partner network.
- Manage relationships with partners such as Mutual Fund Distributors, Chartered Accountants, Brokers, Insurance Marketing Firms (IMFs), CAs and other financial professionals.
- Generate business through the partner ecosystem.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective partners.
- Identify and acquire new partners through cold calling and direct approach.
- Activate and engage existing partners to generate business.
- Achieve assigned business and partner onboarding targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure regular business generation.




- Work extensively in the field and cover the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Mutual Funds / Broking / NBFC / Financial Services.
- Solid experience in field sales / partner acquisition / channel sales / relationship management.
- Candidates who have handled MFDs, CAs, brokers, insurance agents, IFAs or other financial intermediaries will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prefer candidates with stable career history and fewer frequent job changes.
- Agency Channel candidates can also be considered.
