Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D Graphic Designer to join our Event Management team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing and
visualizing events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, experiential marketing & government projects.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming client briefs into compelling 3D concepts and presentation-ready visuals, ensuring that creative ideas are translated into practical and impactful event experiences.

Experience & Educational Background
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Event Management, Exhibition Design, or Experiential Marketing agencies.

Must have experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering




Specialized training/certification in 3D visualization

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and develop creative 3D designs and event visualization concepts based on
client briefs.
Create detailed 3D designs for events, exhibition, stage setups, conferences, product launches,
award ceremonies and experiential events.
Prepare high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for client pitches and
proposals.
Develop design layouts incorporating branding elements, structural details, lighting concepts, and audience flow.
Coordinate closely with the Client Servicing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure the
feasibility and execution of proposed designs.
Modify and refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining design quality and
timelines.

Mentor junior designers and guide them on design standards, visualization techniques, and
project execution. Stay updated with emerging trends in event design, experiential marketing, materials, and
production techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs.
