ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle the complete documentation process for rooftop solar projects.

* Register projects on the MNRE National Portal and ensure timely completion of all subsidy-related formalities.

* Coordinate with KSEB for application submission, approvals, inspections, and other documentation until subsidy disbursement.

* Prepare and share quotations with prospective customers.

* Coordinate with banks for customer loan processing and required documentation.

* Follow up with customers regarding document collection, project progress, and subsidy status.

* Make customer calls, collect feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the sales and installation teams for smooth project execution.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

* Any Graduate.





* Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

* Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.

* Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).

* Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

* Willing to visit KSEB offices, banks, and other government offices whenever required.
