Role & responsibilities : Carrying out quality testing of raw materials, finish goods and packing materials in respective shifts.
Keeping and maintaining all quality records .
Inhouse calibration of testing instruments.
Root cause Analysis of customer complaints and preparing CAPA.
Managing and handling online rejections of RM & PM.
Label printing and reconciliation.
Preparation and circulation of daily MIS and monthly reports.
Preferred candidate profile : Person with experience in QA/QC.
