Overview:

Join NoBroker's Packers & Movers team as a Field Relationship Manager (FRM) and play a key role in delivering seamless relocation experiences to customers. This customer-facing role involves understanding moving requirements, conducting on-site visits, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery from booking to move completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation & Requirement Assessment

- Visit customers at their location to understand their relocation needs.
- Assess shifting requirements, including household goods, move distance, and preferred timelines.
- Provide personalized relocation solutions based on customer requirements.

Service Presentation & Sales Conversion

- Explain NoBroker Packers & Movers services, packages, pricing, and benefits.
- Address customer queries and objections effectively.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling.

Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the relocation journey.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer support and assistance.




- Ensure a positive and hassle-free customer experience.

Coordination & Service Execution

- Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth move execution.
- Coordinate schedules, service requirements, and customer expectations.
- Monitor service delivery and proactively resolve any issues.

Follow-Ups & Customer Support

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide timely updates regarding bookings and move schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

CRM & Reporting

- Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates in CRM.
- Track site visits, follow-ups, bookings, and conversion metrics.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Target Achievement

- Meet and exceed sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Contribute to business growth through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.

What We Offer:

Salary : 20,000-30,000 fixed + 20,000-25,000 variable per month Unlimited Incentive Earning Potential
