We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive business in Affordable Housing – Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves sourcing, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving disbursement targets through direct/indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and acquire customers for Home Loans (HL) & LAP in the affordable housing segment.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.

- Identify business opportunities through market mapping and local networking.

- Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility, and process.

- Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and other teams.

- Achieve monthly business targets (sourcing, login, and disbursement).

- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
