The CEO will set the strategic vision and lead the overall operations, financial performance, and growth of the HVAC and MEP organization. This executive leader will drive profitability, ensure high-quality engineering and contracting delivery, and cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s long-term business strategy to expand market share, diversify the client portfolio, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing projects.
- Financial & P&L; Management: Manage the company's P&L;, optimize operational budgets, improve cost-efficiency through value engineering, and maximize overall profitability.
- Business Development & Client Relations: Champion business development efforts by leveraging industry networks to secure high-value commercial, industrial, and infrastructure contracts.




- Talent & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive and technical leadership team, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all MEP operations and system installations strictly comply with global and local building codes, safety (HSE), and environmental/energy efficiency standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹96,082.53 per month
