Job Description – Account cum Store Executive

Position: Account cum Store Executive
Location: Lonavala Site

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily store inventory and stock records.
- Handle material receipt, issue, and stock verification.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain inward/outward registers.
- Process purchase entries and verify vendor invoices.
- Maintain accounts records in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
- Perform physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com (MBA Finance will be an added advantage)
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Store Management.




- Experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
